Digiitup Media Private Limited

Terms & Conditions

Last updated: October 2026

These Terms govern your use of this website and your purchase of the Patient Enquiry Leakage Scan from Digiitup Media Private Limited (“Digiitup”, “we”, “us”). By purchasing, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

The Patient Enquiry Leakage Scan is a paid business diagnostic. It includes a 5–7 minute structured business intake, a 25–30 minute diagnostic session tracing one selected enquiry journey, a five-control assessment (capture, ownership, response, next action / follow-up, appointment / outcome visibility), identification of one primary visible break, one recommended first control, one Patient Enquiry Leakage Snapshot and a recommended next action.

2. Diagnosis, not implementation

The ₹999 fee buys diagnosis, not implementation design. The service does not include full PAS architecture or implementation, CRM implementation, automation development, advertising management, a full hospital or clinic audit, technical implementation architecture or ongoing consulting.

The diagnostic covers one enquiry journey only. Any implementation work, including a Fix Sprint, is a separate engagement scoped and agreed separately. No implementation purchase is required.

3. Pricing

The pilot launch price is ₹999 and is being tested during the pilot phase. The price applicable to your purchase is the one shown at checkout.

4. Your responsibilities

You confirm you are purchasing for a business/organisation and that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to share it.

You must not submit patient names, patient contact details, medical records or any other patient-identifiable medical information at any stage.

5. Scheduling and rescheduling

After payment and intake, you book an available slot through our scheduling tool. One reschedule is allowed before the appointment, using the link in your booking confirmation.

6. Refunds

A payment may be manually refunded before the diagnostic begins. Refunds are not promised once diagnostic delivery has begun. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method through our payment processor.

7. Deliverable limitations

The Snapshot reflects the information provided and the single journey reviewed at that time. It is an operational diagnosis, not legal, medical, regulatory or financial advice.

8. No guaranteed outcomes

We do not guarantee any business, patient, appointment, conversion or revenue outcome from the diagnostic or from acting on its recommendations.

9. Intellectual property

The diagnostic method, frameworks, templates and Snapshot format remain the property of Digiitup. You may use your Snapshot for your organisation’s internal purposes.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to interfere with its operation or security, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

11. Third-party services

Payments, scheduling, storage and analytics rely on third-party providers (including Razorpay, Calendly and Airtable). We are not responsible for interruptions or errors caused by those services, but will make reasonable efforts to help you complete your purchase and booking.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including loss of profits, revenue or business opportunity.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
