Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Digiitup Media Private Limited (“Digiitup”, “we”, “us”), operating Digiitup Healthcare, collects and uses information when you visit this website or purchase the Patient Enquiry Leakage Scan.

1. Information we collect

Business contact information you provide: name, business mobile/WhatsApp number, business email, role/designation, organisation, business type and city.

Diagnostic intake information: descriptions of how enquiries arrive in your organisation and how they are seen, owned, responded to and followed up.

Transaction information: payment reference, order reference, amount and status provided by our payment processor. We do not receive or store your full card or bank details.

Usage and device information: pages visited, referring source, campaign parameters (such as UTM values and advertising click identifiers), browser type and approximate location derived from IP address.

2. Do not submit patient-identifiable medical information

The diagnostic examines business processes only. Please do not submit patient names, patient contact details, medical records or any patient-identifiable medical information through this website, the intake form, booking tools or during the diagnostic. If such information is shared inadvertently, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

3. How we use information

To process your payment, deliver the diagnostic, schedule your session, prepare and send your Patient Enquiry Leakage Snapshot, and contact you about your request.

To understand which campaigns and channels bring buyers to the website, to measure website performance and to avoid showing advertising for this product to existing buyers.

To meet legal, accounting and tax obligations and to prevent fraud or misuse.

4. Service providers we use

Payments are processed by Razorpay. Scheduling is handled through Calendly. Buyer and diagnostic records are stored in Airtable. Website analytics and advertising measurement may use Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Conversions API.

These providers process information on our behalf or as independent controllers under their own terms and privacy policies. We share only the information reasonably required for each purpose.

5. Cookies and tracking technologies

We use essential cookies to keep your purchase and booking progress secure, and analytics/advertising cookies and similar technologies to measure campaign performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking essential cookies may prevent the purchase flow from working.

6. Data retention

We keep business contact, intake and transaction records for as long as needed to deliver the diagnostic, maintain our business relationship, and meet legal, tax and accounting requirements, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

7. Information security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including encrypted connections, server-side handling of payment and CRM credentials, and access limited to personnel who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

8. Your choices and requests

You may ask to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw consent for marketing communications, by contacting us through the Contact page. We may need to retain certain records where required by law.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above shows when it was last revised.

10. Contact
